Sonali Phogat died of a heart attack in Goa last night (August 22). She was there with her staff members.
Her last know work was In bigg boss 14, where she was introduced as a wild card contestant. Sonali was a mother to a daughter with her deceased husband.
Her husband died in 2016 at the age of 42 under mysterious circumstances. Her daughter’s name is yashhodhara phogat with whom she shares a very loving bond. Sonali was active in politics as a BJP leader and contested in 2019 haryana elections with ticket from Adampur. To her opposition was Kuldeep Bishnoi, who has recently swited to BjP from congress party.
Sonali was massively popular on social media site Tik tok
Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma Was her acting debut in 2016. Later she goes on to appear in haryanvi film Chhoriyan Chhoron S Kam Nahi Hoti. She also had multiple appearances in many punjabi and haryanvi songs. Her last know work was a web series The Story Of Badmashgarh (2019).
