This time FIFA World Cup 2022 is going to be held in Qatar. 32 qualified teams will take part in the tournament, these 32 teams will be further divided into eight groups of four teams. So in total 64 matches will be played in the competition – 48 matches in group stage, eight games in Round of 16, four quarter-finals, two semi finals, one third-place game and the grand final. Top two sides from each group (16 teams) will advance to the knockout stage, and from the round of 16, eight-team will enter into quarterfinals, and the winning team of four quarter finals will reach into the semifinals. The four teams will compete in the semifinals for the final spot and winning teams from both semi finals will enter to play the grand final.
