Google Analytics reveals the data about your visitors and allows you to track, plan, and do marketing campaigns, that is it is the most important tracking tool for your website.
Google Analytics is totally free and collects data automatically all you need to do is integrate it into your website. Once it is done you can also share google analytics data with others all you need to do is Just share the access with them.
There are two ways to share access with the user, either you share your login id and password with the user with whom you want to share your analytics data. (I know nobody gonna do that.) So the other alternative is to Share access through Google Analytics User Management.
Follow these steps to Grant User Access in Google Analytics.
Step 1: Log in to your Google Analytics https://analytics.google.com/
Step 2: Select the website for which you want to share Access.
Step 3: Now You Need to Click on Admin
Step 4: Once you click on Admin a screen will appear like this.
Click on Account User Management
Step 5: Account Permissions Page will Open, Click on the “+” sign as shown.
You can share 3 types of access to a user
- Edit
- Collaborate
- Read & Analyze
Step 6: Enter the email id to which you want to share the access. Select the type of access you want to share. Click on Add.
That’s it! You’ve successfully added a user to access your Google Analytics account.
